"It's all about the transfer ports, 4 are better than 2! While this is a budget kit the barrel appears nicely finished and potentially even has room for a little further gas-flow work at the back of the transfer ports. No discernible sharp edges on the ports to catch the rings. Very fussy builders may wish to give the piston some light fettling to chamfer the edges under the gudgeon pin area, nice to see the skirt bottom already has a chamfer though.
