Puch Maxi race crankshaft, Has larger 16mm big end bearing, standard is 14mm, needle roller little end bearing, Made by C.M. who also make the DMP race crank.
The crank is also filled for higher crank case compression.
For this crankshaft you'll need an original type seal kit PM1030 & main bearings, Part No's PM1018, PM1019.
